Acrylic awning fabrics require deep cleaning and waterproofing at least once after 5 years of exposure

Seams completely redone at the current hourly rate.

Cleaning and waterproofing.

Inspection and evaluation of your canvas upon return from cleaning and waterproofing.

No canvas is sent for cleaning without first having its seams redone.

Please note that some stubborn stains, such as pine gum, tree leaves, and soot, may not be completely removed, but will fade with cleaning.

A deposit is required for cleaning. ($34.79 + tax)

Cleaning and waterproofing services are subcontracted.
N.B. The canvas will have shrunk upon returning from cleaning; you may need to wet it for your first installation. It will be important to repeat this tensioning process after the first rain; this is due to the fact that your canvas will have dried without being stretched. If your canvas has already been cleaned in the past, it may be more fragile and not withstand a second cleaning. The same applies if your canvas is more than 7 years old; if you still decide to have it cleaned, you cannot hold us responsible.
